Small Business Outreach Event

Register no later than June 28th to participate in Matchmaker
Full day participation (includes morning session and matchmaker).

participating hosts at the end of June.
No software downloads required
but YOU MUST BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE TO OBTAIN MATCHMAKER MEETINGS as they
are not assigned for you.
Presentations will take place using the GoToWebinar Webcast platform.
Link and instructions to participate will be sent to registrants a few
days before the event. Registration for presentations only will be
available until July 20th or until event is full.

(open to all who want to participate)
registration is open to all small business but limited to two registrations per company.
registration is limited to other than small business including large
primes and government officials. All LARGE primes (other than small)
seeking to network with small business companies are welcome to register
and host matchmaking appointments regardless of existing prime
contracts with US Department of State to facilitate more matchmaking
appointment availability to small business.
15 minute limited appointment slots through the Eventdex matchmaker portal at match.eventdex.com
1:00 PM – 4:30 PM - Matchmaking (small business participation limited to two registrants per business)
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM - Lunch

you may use the "Invite a Colleague" feature after registration to share
it with others at your company/agency.

Common mistakes during registration:
signing up under the wrong ticket type (are you small or large?)
not following the instructions in your email confirmation
Common matchmaking mistakes:
not notifying the organizers that you can't make your appointments
expecting matches to be assigned by the event host
asking questions 2 days before the event (if you are confused, clarify NOW)
not doing your market research to see which match is the best fit
not completing your profile fully so matches can find you
not having backup technology in case of audio/video issues (mobile devices can work as a backup to your computer)
