The Federal Aviation Administration will host its 10th Annual MMAC Small & Disadvantaged Business Industry Day and Matchmaking Event on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m., Central Time. The purpose of the event is to provide an opportunity for outreach and industry engagement between small businesses and FAA program and customer organizations. This year’s event will be held in person (and on site) at the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) located on the west side of Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City, OK. This event will have a focus on Small Disadvantaged Businesses, but all small businesses are welcome to attend. Registered attendees/visitors will be limited to no more than two (2) employees per business. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and be interested in pursuing procurement opportunities at the FAA MMAC located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The MMAC is home to the largest number of FAA employees outside the Washington, D.C. area. MMAC operates under the Office of Finance and Management (AFN) headquarters in Washington, D.C. AFN is responsible for providing, and streamlining the FAA's common business services through a consolidated integrated approach. MMAC core (aviation safety) service functions include technical training (Air Traffic Controllers, Engineers, Technicians, and Flight Safety Inspectors) development and delivery, corporate outreach, emergency readiness, property management, facilities management and infrastructure support, centralized National Airspace System (NAS) logistics support, repair and overhaul as well as financial management, and information systems. For a complete list of programs please visit:https://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/headquarters_offices/afn/offices/mmac

Registration is required for all participants of the event, regardless of participation in matchmaking. Registration closes COB July 8, 2024, or once full capacity has been reached. Registration does not guarantee a one-on-one meeting with a Program/Tenant Organization but is required for a meeting to be scheduled. Program/Tenant Organizations will be matched with firms based upon their current or future needs as well as provided company capability information. Please note, while registered firms may not receive a matched one-on-one meeting, they still can attend the opening remarks, MMAC Program Briefings, and general networking.

After registration, you will be contacted by a third-party vendor (Govmates) with instructions on creating a matchmaking profile.
