The Office of Procurement invites you to attend our Virtual Procurement Fair!

Learn about upcoming solicitations directly from County departments. Each department’s Contract Administrator will have a few minutes to talk about their expectations and the relevant solicitations. 

Multiple departments will participate in the same industry-focused sessions as noted in the agenda. Procurement Specialists will also be available to answer questions. 


What to expect: 

The sessions are industry-focused by topic: 

  • IT Commodities and Services 

  • Construction and Facility Maintenance Services 

  • Equipment/Supplies

  • Administrative/Professional Services 

After the department presentations, there will be a Q&A session with the vendors.  



Session 1:

9:30am – 11:00am: Welcome RemarksIT Commodities and Services

County Executive Marc Elrich will provide the welcome remarks, followed by Procurement Director Ash Shetty and local Chambers of Commerce.

 Session 2:

9:30am – 11:00am: Welcome RemarksIT Commodities and Services 

Session 3: 

12:30pm – 1:30pm: Equipment/Supplies 
Session 4: 
1:45pm – 2:45pm: Administrative/Professional Services 

11:15am – 12:15pm: Construction and Facility Maintenance Services
