Information Sharing Framework Industry Day Announcement

Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Science and Technology Directorate (S&T)  and Critical Infrastructure Security & Resilience Research (CISRR) Program will hold an Industry Day for Information Sharing Framework (ISF).

This Industry Day is in response to Request for Information (RFI) released on SAM.gov on April 29 2024, Notice ID 70RSAT24RFI000020.

Note: The Industry Day will be recorded. Any responses provided during Industry Day maybe superseded in the resulting solicitation.

This event is closed to the press.

Attendance:

 Attendance will be taken for all Industry Day participants both in person and virtually. 

Each company is limited to two (2) representatives for in person participants.

  Each participant must provide the name, company, phone number, and email address. Visitors who participate in person will be contacted by a DHS representative to complete the in-person registration form. 

Note: 

In person attendees are encouraged to register as soon possible to facilitate the security pre-vetting process for access to the building.  

During the afternoon, participants will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from the ISF Working Group for one-on-one breakout sessions for in person attendees. Breakout sessions will be limited to 30-minute slots available between 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm; reservations are required for both in person and virtual attendance, and slots will be available on First Come, First Served basis. Virtual attendees who would like a one-on-one slot will be contacted to schedule after Industry Day. 

Submission of Questions:

 Industry is invited to submit questions in writing prior to Industry Day in response to the Request for Information (RFI) released in April 2024.  All questions must be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Danette Williams at Danette.Williams@hq.dhs.gov and Contract Specialist, Debra Bryce at Debra.Bryce@hq.dhs.gov no later than October 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Vendors will also have an opportunity to ask questions during Industry Day.
