Mr. Haas specializes in business litigation, handling both large and small cases in federal and state courts, as well as before various arbitration panels. He has extensive experience in complex disputes related to partnerships, corporate control, ownership, and acquisitions specialized in the technology sector.
Mr. Haas has also been involved in disputes related to licensing, patents, and trademarks.
Additionally, he advises clients ranging from startups to mid-cap companies on corporate law and other legal matters.

Mr. Gramian has extensive experience as a subject matter expert. He possesses in-depth knowledge of all SBA programs and collaborates closely with the offices of small business utilization within most federal agencies.
The areas in which he advises our clients include business formation, reorganization, and governance; corporate transactions, contracts, and agreements; and small business programs, including 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB, and a wide range of other diversity programs available to small businesses.
He works closely with most federal agency's small business ombudsmen and is fully versed in their planning and execution policies. Here at SBGA, he counsels businesses on a wide variety of matters, with a particular focus on the unique challenges faced by government contractors.
