Experience Requirement:
Large Business - 4 Relevant Experience Projects (from 4 of 10 Mandatory areas); $30 million minimum in sales.
Small Business - 3 Relevant Experience Projects (from 3 of 10 Mandatory areas) ; $5 million minimum in sales.
Provides Federal agencies with customized Enterprise-Wide Strategic Solutions for improvement and enhancement of Agency ITC/AV infrastructure.

Other services which adhere to the definition of ITC/AV service and encapsulate an enterprise-wide solution, are within scope and may be provided to meet an agency’s particular mission needs.

The offeror must provide at the time
of proposal submission third-party compliance verification with the ISO
9001 standard. This should be in the form of either current ISO 9001:
2008 or 9001: 2015 Certification.
Note: The ISO 9001 certification of
the manufacturer whose product the company represents does not meet the
proposal submission requirement, the company of the contract proposal
must match be the ISO 9001 certificate holder.
Small Business Exception to ISO 9001 Rule
Proof that the ISO 9001:2015 or CMMI certification is in process at
the time of proposal submission is acceptable. The certification must be
obtained within 12 months of the contract award.
• Failure to provide proof within 12 months will result in the contractor being off ramped from SEWP.
• While obtaining the certification the offeror will not be able to compete on requirements needing a certification.
