The GSA buys products and services in three ways:

  1. Micro Purchases - contracts $3,000 and under - Through a micro purchase, procurement agents can order directly from the GSA site. With a point and a click they can purchase a schedule holder’s products/services using a government purchase credit

 

  1. GSA Advantage Direct Purchases $3,000 - $150,000 - By contacting schedule holders directly for their products /services, procurement agents will order per a schedule holders’ pre- determined terms and conditions. These are non-bid contracts and are typically on a net-30 basis.

 

  1. For purchases $150,000 + - procurement agents will list their need for product/service and schedule holders will have first access to bid on these contracts. This is an electronic, paperless procedure.

As a schedule holder your contract will begin as a 5 year contract that is renewable 3 times for a total of 20 years! You will be a preferred vendor for a long time!

 

GSA Schedule Application Review and Representation          $2,500.00

Have you already prepared your proposal or are you prepared to? |S|B|G|A|will do a final review of the proposal prepared by your company and submit your proposal. This process is for those who have the time and want to save money on preparing the documents, but still want a professional review and representation through clarifications and negotiations.

GSA Schedule Renewal     $3,500.00

Renewing your GSA Contract is your option. Typically, GSA contracts are initially a 5 year term, with 3 more 5 year options. When your contract is within 2-6 months of expiration you should get a letter and or email from your Contracting officer notifying you of your option to renew. The GSA will then request documentation as to why they should allow you to renew your GSA Contract. |S|B|G|A| will do a full review for you to get your contract extended. Some of the items will be:

  • New past performance evaluation
  • commercial sales practices disclosures

|S|B|G|A| provides full service DAPA preparation. Establishing a DAPA is a manufacturer’s and sup- plier’s key to successful participation in the DLA’s Troop Support Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor Program.
SeaPort Proposals Preparation                                                                                                          $4,500.00
|S|B|G|A| provides full service SeaPort preparation. SeaPort is a Navy MAC (Multiple Award Contract) that is open 1-2 times per year for new proposals. Primary services and products included: Engineering, IT, Program and Project management, Financial services and more. Ask you consult- ant for details.

NASA Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement                                                                              $3,000.00
|S|B|G|A| provides full service SEWP preparation. SEWP is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) consisting of 38 Competed Prime Contract Holders, including 17 small businesses.  Small Business categories include: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB); HUBZone Small Businesses; Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (VOSB); and Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB). There are 4 non- competed 8(a) Set-Aside Contracts that are used to complement the competed contracts in pro- viding IT services and solutions.
CMAS (California Multiple Award Schedule)                                                                                      $3,500.00
|S|B|G|A| provides full service CMAS preparation. The California multiple award schedule program was established in 1994. The CMAS contracts are awarded and administered by the State of California, Department of General Services. The CMAS contracts are established using products, services and prices from already existing competitively assessed and cost compared multiple award contracts. The products, services and prices are primarily from the Federal GSA MAS program, but not exclusively. To these products, services and prices, the state of California contract terms and conditions and procurement codes and policies that establish a totally independent California contract.
TXMAS (Texas Multiple Award Schedule)                                                                                           $3,500.00
As part of a nationwide trend to make governments leaner and outsource many functions of government, the 2002 Texas legislature sought to make it easier for state agencies and co-op members to purchase goods and services. While the bidding process is still used for some of  the purchasing functions of state and local governments, more and more purchasers are PRE- FERRING to use TXMAS contracts as it is a MUCH FASTER PROCUREMENT TOOL. The products, services and prices are directly from the Federal GSA MAS program.
