About the EPA, Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Division
The Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Division (SDBUD) advocates and advances the business, regulatory, and environmental compliance concerns of small businesses.
SDBUD is an independent office in the Office of Civil Rights and Adjudication and operates independently is also responsible for the implementation of procedures and oversight of small business programs mandated and described under several statutory authorities and Executive Orders.
