EVENT ATTENDANCE:

• All vendor companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will close once capacity is reached.
• There is no cost to attend, but pre-registration is mandatory. Companies may bring up to two representatives.
• Walk-ins without pre-registration will not be allowed entry.

SESSION DETAILS:

• Two sessions are available to accommodate more attendees:
  • Morning Session: 0830–1130
  • Afternoon Session: 1230–1530
• Both sessions will cover the same content, and attendees may register for only one session.
• Participants must indicate their preferred session when registering.
