INDUSTRY DAY:
DARPA will host an Industry Day in support of Beam-Space Analog Processing for Multifunctional Enhanced RF Systems (BEAMERS) program on September 30, 2026,
located at the Strategic Analysis, Inc. Executive Conference Center (ECC), 4075 Wilson Blvd,
Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203 from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET. This event will be conducted in two parts: a government presentation portion at the SECRET level, which will comprise most of the event, and an Industry Showcase Poster Session portion at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level. Both portions exclusively require advanced registration. The purpose of this event is to provide information on the BEAMERS program; promote additional discussion on this topic; address questions; and provide a forum for interested organizations to present their capabilities for teaming opportunities.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE AND DESCRIPTION:
DARPA’s Strategic Technology Office invites interested organizations to attend an industry engagement for BEAMERS, an ambitious new program focused on wideband, staring electronic-support systems. Electronic support cuts across many operational needs, platforms, andenvironments. Warning, situational awareness, sensing, and related missions impose different requirements for coverage, sensitivity, latency, dynamic range, size, weight, power, and processing. Staring architectures make a large amount of information available continuously. A successful system cannot assume that every beam, frequency channel, and polarization output will be digitized, transported, and processed at full fidelity. BEAMERS emphasizes architectures that maintain persistent awareness, organize and reduce the available analog information, recognize signals of potential interest, and route selected observations to digitization. Required expertise includes analog beamspace processing using lenses, gradient-index structures, phased-
array-fed lenses, and related spatial-transform technologies; integrated radio frequency (RF) and microwave photonics; wideband channelization; event detection and information reduction; switching; and data movement. Organizations interested in performing as Prime and nontraditional technology providers are encouraged to attend, identify complementary capabilities, and consider teaming arrangements.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
DARPA hosts Industry Days to promote teaming among researchers, provide potential performers information on whether and how they may respond to Government research and development solicitations, and improve the efficiency of proposal preparation and evaluation.
Industry Days are open only to registered prospective industry participants.
All participants must register no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on September 23, 2026 at: https://cvent.me/oYodbz. Directions to the facility and other event materials are also available at that site. There is no registration fee. Due to space limitations, attendance is limited to the first 120 registrants, with no more than three representatives per organization. This is an in-person event only.

The government presentation portion of the Industry Day will be conducted at the collateral SECRET level and is open only to U.S. citizens who possess a U.S. Department of Defense ECRET clearance or higher. All attendees must present a Government-issued photo ID upon entry. Attendees are also required to pass their clearances to Strategic Analysis, Inc. security through the Defense Information System for Security (DISS). The information required for DISS submission is provided at the end of this Special Notice. If an individual’s clearance is not received or cannot be verified, access to the government presentation portion of the event will be denied.

Following the government presentations, the event will feature an additional Industry Showcase Poster Session at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level, where participating small businesses and emerging companies may present posters or other informational materials highlighting their products, services, specialized capabilities, and areas of interest for conference attendees. This CUI level portion of the meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m. ET, following the classified portion of Industry Day. Registration is required for all attendees who wish to participate in the Industry Showcase Poster Session. Registration for the Industry Showcase

Poster Session is available through the event registration website at https://cvent.me/oYodbz. The Industry Showcase Poster Session is intended to facilitate direct engagement, discussion, networking, and teaming among attendees. All Poster Session attendees must present a Government-issued photo ID upon entry.
Participants are encouraged to bring posters, handouts, business cards, and other informational materials to support discussions with attendees. Attendees are responsible for bringing their approved materials to the event.
All foreign national participants are required to complete and submit a DARPA Form 60 and all required documentation no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on 23 September 2026. This form can be accessed via the following link: https://dtsn.darpa.mil/eform60/.

The Industry Day does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts.
Attendance is voluntary and is not required to propose to any potential related Broad Agency Announcements or potential research or program solicitations on this topic. DARPA will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred to participate in this Industry Day.

SECURITY INFORMATION:
Strategic Analysis, Inc., utilizes DISS as the system of record to verify eligibility and access to classified information. To facilitate your participation in the meeting on September 30, a Visit Authorization Request (VAR) is required to be submitted through DISS for all DoD components.
DISS VAR is due to Strategic Analysis by 5:00 p.m. ET on 23 September 2026.
