The Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) invites interested vendors, including new and non-traditional contractors, to attend an Industry Day focused on educating industry on the mission, operational environment, and acquisition methods of a Legislative Branch law enforcement agency.
The United States Capitol Police (USCP) will be hosting an Industry Day on June 10, 2026 at 09:00 a.m. located at the Library of Congress, Mumford Room, Sixth Floor. We are a Law Enforcement Operating Environment. Contractors support operations in sensitive law enforcement environments that require professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and compliance with security requirements.
The USCP’s Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) is comprised of two operations team supporting various USCP bureaus and offices.
These Bureaus and Offices contract services in a variety of industries to include:

Purchase Orders (PO)
Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
Request for Quotation (RFQ)
