This is an invitation for all small business concerns interested in conducting business with the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, to join us for the
Region 6 Steady State Industry Day 2025
The objective of this event is to foster constructive engagement between FEMA Region VI and potential vendors.
The event will be open to the public, up to the capacity of the Texas Room conference space that will be used for the event (which has an occupancy threshold of 108 occupants). Because
of limited conference and parking space, FEMA Region VI kindly requests that each company restrict attendance to a maximum of two (2) representatives, and strongly encourages
carpooling.
This notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal solicitation and is not considered a commitment by the Government. The Government does not
intend to award a contract on the basis of the Steady State Industry Day or otherwise pay respondents for participation in this event. All interested firms are encouraged to attend.
All interested parties will be required to respond separately to any solicitations posted as a result of the notice.
The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will host an unclassified Industry Day for Steady State Operations to provide an overview of FY25
forecasted steady state procurements.
This event aims to assist industry partners (potential vendors) in comprehending the Government’s needs, requirements, considerations, and to share pertinent information that may be of interest to the local industries and beyond.
