verification, and analytics.
The VA is also interested in pursuing
bolt-on functionality related to Medicaid eligibility screening, patient
outreach, and patient liability services. Lastly, the VA is interested
in solutions to link and interface community care referrals,
authorization, payment systems and technology to back-end revenue
billing systems/software. Capabilities in providing the above
functionality, as well as the adoption of emergent/innovative revenue
cycle technologies should be demonstrated.

computer-assisted coding for inpatient and outpatient claims, health
insurance payment methodologies, proven experience in dealing with a
high volume of claims, knowledge of national and regional payer
requirements, knowledge and experience with EHR interfaces, and
knowledge of VHA billing and collection guidelines, laws and directives.
The company should be able to provide payer agreement/contract
