The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), is conducting an Industry Day to highlight
an upcoming project Information Technology User and Field Operations Support (NEON II), in order to solicit and gain industry input from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described below.

This is an upcoming requirement and the award is anticipated in the 1 st quarter of FY2026.


The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), IT Field Support (ITFS) Division is responsible for operational support of the entire user community in USCIS HQ offices, service centers, and field offices; Service Desk operations; IT equipment inventory management, mobility management, and hardware incident resolution.

Project Information:
USCIS-OIT-ITFS Division provides USCIS user support throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS).


The scope of work on this task order will primarily include the following functions:
• Service Desk Operations Services:
o Service Desk Tier 0 – Tier 2
o Incident Management
o Knowledge Management
o Problem Management
o Service Request Management
 Specialized Support
o Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT)Field Support Services:
o Deskside Support (CONUS/OCONUS)
o Asset Inventory Support
o Disposal Preparation Support
o Encryption Services
o Video Conferencing and Audio/Video (A/V) Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
o Local On-Site Cabling
o Infrastructure Implementation
o Mobile devices Services
o Deployment Services
o Server O&M
o Training Support
• Service Center Support Services
• Account Management Services
• Hardware Incident Resolution


RSVP:

No later than May 23, 2024, all vendors who plan to attend the industry day (virtual and/or in-person) will need to provide their full name, company name, UEI number, and email address for planning purposes. Firms shall confirm their attendance by emailing: NEON2@uscis.dhs.gov. In- Person attendance will be limited to 2 people per vendor, more will be considered on a case-by- case basis.


Please note that there will not be a Q/A session during the live industry day. However, interested vendors are encouraged to submit questions via email to NEON2@uscis.dhs.gov by June 28, 2024.


The government will provide responses to submitted questions. Responses will be provided via NEON II Industry Day Notice Amendment on www.sam.gov.

Prospective offerors are also required to have an UEI number in order to conduct business with the Federal Government.
