Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Increment II is
hosting a virtual Industry Day to discuss the Managing Army’s Human
Capital – Innovation, Integration and Implementation (MAHC-III)
procurement.
MAHC-III is a follow-on procurement to sustain and enhance a PeopleSoft platform.

MAHC-III support's IPPS-A's overall system integration, operations, help desk and development of HR capabilities.
IPPS-A Increment II is seeking companies that can sustain and enhance a
PeopleSoft platform. Eligible offerors should know Agile and have a
history of supporting development for PeopleSoft capabilities. IPPS-A
also seeks innovative approaches to modernize MAHC-III, including
modular contracting opportunities.
