The Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Technology Services Division (TSD), Business
Service Branch (BSB) manages the delivery of IT services to BSEE, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and to a lesser extent the
Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR). At the core of the BSEE and BOEM¿s combined IT capabilities is the major application Technical
Information Management System (TIMS), which is a suite of system components used for most business processes within the two bureaus.

Invitation/ Notice Details
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION, OR BID, NOR A SYNOPSIS OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION BSEE/ TSD/BSB will be conducting two virtual Microsoft Teams Industry Day events on October 28, 2024, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST.

The first event (web-based GIS applications) will be from 11:00 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST and the second event(Esri ArcINFO-based systems ) will be from 1PM EST to 2PM EST. The Industry Day is being conducted to provide a legacy system overview demonstration to potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the upgrade requirements listed below:

Experience developing, maintaining, and/or migrating Esri ArcINFO-based systems and/or Experience developing, maintaining, and/or modernizing web-based GIS applications built using Esri frameworks Although this demonstration may not result in a solicitation or contract, Contractors/ Institutions must respond/RSVP to this Industry Day invitation in order to participate in the demonstration and be considered for any future potential solicitations or contract awards.

Due to the nature of the demonstration being conducted, the Government will require each individual participant to fill out, sign and return to the Contracting Officer when you RSVP the attached Non-Disclosure Statement.

The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in the Industry Day.

Firms that respond to this announcement will be provided further details and a link to the virtual meeting in a separate email.
